I was visiting my parents in Canada last week and was asked to do an appearance on MSNBC to discuss a recent I wrote for The Atlantic (which can be read here.) In my very jetlagged (10 hour time difference!) state of mind, I did my best to discuss Russian election interference in the United States and what’s at stake in the 2018 midterms and the 2020 elections and what can be done to better deter the Kremlin in the future.
